Good Morning Richard!
I just wanted to tell you that I am not so disciplined about Bible reading as I am praying so this book is perfect.
I guess that's because I pray many times throughout the hour and as God brings things to mind, and my feeble mind thinks of them. I am excited about this book and bought one for my mom for Christmas. I know she will love it!
Also, I cannot believe it has been 8 years since you guys came to us. I was so worried b/c that was our preschool fall festival and we had pumpkins, scarecrows, and all things fall decorated everywhere in the preschool.
I thought to myself what if they don't do any of this stuff for Halloween? That's when I saw you, Wendy and Meredith coming down the hall, and they had smiling jack o'lantern
shirts on. Yes! Meredith was a baby! ( Well, you and Wendy were too!)
Just wanted to tell you thanks for 8 years of leading us and although I am often remiss in telling you so, I do appreciate you greatly! You have supported me in many ways and I do appreciate that also. I will continue to keep praying because many days that is all I can do!
Love you,
Kathy

And sharing the burdens of others takes the focus off self. Thanks for your leadership and support. What a wonderful blessing to be a part of what God is doing in Sugar Hill right now. Spread the glory.

I am glad to hear that there were people other than myself who felt that the 11:00 a.m. service was touching. I feel I found home within this church. I use to feel alone and against the world, now my kids and I have a family and our journey is being guided by good real people. God is definately working up something big in the church and in this community.

Richard,

I completely agree about the anointing on yesterday's worship--it was powerful and deeply moving. Congratulations...Shelli and I could not have been happier for you and the Kingdom!

Even members experienced a move of God. I felt the Lord calling me to a deeper personal Bible study, which began during our Growth Group and got stronger during the worship service. I'm setting aside an hour each evening to that purpose, instead of watching TV or playing computer games.
